Seasonal farmers in the land of Soa, complain a lot on inadiquate, temporal, insufficient, and gapping of rain falls. This is caused by climate change, which lead to the late arrival of rain this year. Hence causing inappropriate growth of their Common crops such as corn, groundnuts, beans and cassava.

The Soa indigens predict an upcoming farmine. On the average population who depend on rain to grow crops for food, and survival in the month of January. Which is usualy known as a period of famine.

An indigen of the Soa borough was saying:

several plants like corn are still very young and lagging behind in their process
"Is the rain not falling? Look even the maise is not growing, so the janviose will heat up with the starvation ohh".

For now, population are still waiting a several solution from God,for managing the rest of the year’s time.
